Our Residential and Property Security teams provide a security presence wherever a client may be staying or working, this may well be at home an hotel or in a work environment. They can dress to be seen as a security deterrent or can dress to blend in as the situation demands
We are happy to discuss with you whatever your requirements may be, this can be anything from providing one security operative to stay in your home or your business premises whilst they are left unattended, a dedicated team being inside your property or patrolling your land 24hrs a day, right through to a security team deployed to protect you during your stay in a hotel or similar location

Security requirements can vary considerably depending on the situation, the risk or threat, whatever may be the situation we would make a full risk assessment and after a full client consultation we would devise a method of reducing any risks to property, people, livestock and assets
This may take the shape of providing just one operative to maintain a physical presence in and around the property right through to a dedicated team to monitor people and vehicles entering and leaving the property or premises. It might involve working overtly or possibly in a covert role and can be during the day or night time
Possible Scenarios
- A family wish to go on holiday for a number of weeks but are concerned about leaving their home empty and vulnerable to intruders / squatters, we have been asked to provide security at their home 24hrs a day until they return. The family do not wish to pay for more than one person so we deploy one security officer to live and stay in their home whilst empty, thus maintaining an obvious presence both inside and outside by regular patrols of the garden both day and night
- A bank executive has received threats and is worried about the safety of his home and family, he has asked us to monitor his house, and his family whenever away from home but is unable to accommodate any security officers. Following a risk assessment a surveillance team monitored the house 24/7 from a parked car in the road and whenever any family member left the property a close protection officer accompanied them
- An American businessman wishes to visit London to deal with urgent business matters and is concerned about his safety, he has asked for security to meet him at the airport and protect him for the whole visit, including whilst staying at a hotel. It was agreed that two teams should be assigned for this task. One CP team to meet and escort wherever required and one team placed in his hotel prior to arrival, 24 hr security then initiated
- A foreign client has purchased property and land in the home counties and is worried about intruders getting onto the land and possibly gaining access to the property and outbuildings. We have been asked to provide visible security 24 hours a day, this will be achieved by one officer patrolling and monitoring during the day and two officers at night, thus enabling being able to not only prevent intruders but also monitor anyone entering or leaving the location
- A large country house which already has cameras monitoring parts of the grounds, has been subject to sporadic incidents where persons unknown have gained entry and have tried to steal property and also tried poach from the estate's lake. After a site visit and thorough risk assessment it was agreed to provide security patrols during the day and night at irregular times within the grounds, the security personnel were able to stay on site during their off duty time
- A small company has been plagued by unwelcome people entering their business premises during office hours, the risk were deemed to be quite small so we deployed one security officer to monitor all people and vehicles entering the property, the situation was quickly solved
